History of Northport Alumni

Northport Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. was charted on May 17, 1981 by 15 distinguished gentlemen. These men crystallized a chapter of professional men that has been a mainstay in the Tuscaloosa County Community.

The Mission of Northport Alumni has been to serve and promote the fraternity's purpose of achievement throughtout Tuscaloosa county and the surrounding West Alabama communities. The Charter members of the chapter shared a common vision of alturism that remains the nucleus of it's present members over a decade and a half later.
